Curfew is enforced in the city of Marysville for all persons under the age of 12 not accompanied by an adult, dusk to dawn; under the age of 18, 11:00 p.m. Curfew is enforced by the Sheriff’s Dept. for Union County for all persons under the age of 18; Sunday thru Thursday, 11:00 p.m.-4:30 a.m.; Friday and Saturday, 12 midnight - 4:30 a.m.

STATE OF OHIO LEASH LAW - Enacted July 10, 1987: All dogs must be licensed and under reasonable control at all times. Furthermore, dog(s) cannot be uncontrolled on or off premises where they might attempt to bite or kill. To avoid criminal charges, dog owners need to leash, muzzle, & provide locked enclosures for all dogs that may bite or cause property damage. Written notification of a dog(s) behavior must be given prior to a dog being sold, transferred or destroyed.
